Our Foyle Cattleman’s range is produced from prime continental steers and heifers that have been reared to the highest welfare standards. We offer a complete range of boneless and bone in products packed in branded Foyle Cattleman’s bags and boxes. Our hind quarter products are wet matured in a temperature controlled environment for up to 21 days.
Each product is produced to a prescribed specification and delivers the high level of consistency that our customers demand.
All our processes are underpinned by a complete, IT–driven traceability system.
